Pet Policy At SPMG Property Management
Here at SMPG Property Management, we understand the importance of pets in your life. We welcome various breeds of cats and dogs, as well as other pets such as fish and hermit crabs. Our pet policy allows for typically 2 pets per property, although some properties may allow for more or have a no-pet policy. Please be sure to include all pets on your application. We require a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per furry friend. However, some properties may waive this fee. Please check with our team for more information.

The safety and wellbeing of our tenants is our top priority. As such, we have a list of restricted breeds that we do not accept. These breeds include:

Service Dog Policy
We welcome service animals as they provide necessary assistance to those who require it. At SPMG Property Management, we do not charge any fees for service animals. However, we do require that a tenant provides documentation of the animal’s status as a service animal. This allows us to ensure that the animal is properly trained and certified to provide assistance to its owner.
